This site needs your SecretNOC operator certificate

Chrome opened the page but did not send a client cert. The picker is empty or was cancelled.

Windows Chrome

1. Download a new .p12 from your claim link (re-exported for Windows).
2. Double-click it → Current User → Next → enter the PKCS#12 password (not your Keycloak password).
3. Leave “Enable strong private key protection” off. Place in Personal.
4. Quit Chrome fully (all windows; tray icon too) and reopen.
5. Open https://hashpot.blacklabs.team/. In the certificate dialog pick blacklabs / SecretNOC → OK.

Check it landed: Chrome → Settings → Privacy and security → Security → Manage certificates → Personal. You should see CN=blacklabs issued by SecretNOC Operator Root CA. Hashpot agent certs (Hashpot Issuing CA) are not accepted here.

Firefox (macOS / Linux)

1. Settings → Privacy & Security → View Certificates → Your Certificates → Import. Not Keychain / Authorities.
2. Reload and select the operator cert. Tick Remember this decision.

Then sign in to Kraken. Claims: certs.secretnoc.com
